1. The future of learning is decentralized
We design The Direct to Experience ™️ model by connecting talent with talent
2. We encourage people to explore career options, not judge them for doing so
We see careers as a fluid, ongoing experience, not a fixed destination
3. Learning outcomes should be centered around tangible results
We create flexible, real-time peer-to-peer curriculums that grow with changing desires and needs
4. Community elevates talent and energizes your career
We create a renewable business network that simultaneously turns experience into learning and learning into experience
5. Our mission is to build a space where you come to raise your talent with talent
With community, while learning from and with others, you energize and diversify your career
To be a good fit for one of our fellowships, you are probably:
A leader in your space with 4+ years of relevant experience who would benefit from the authentic relationships forged with other strategic-minded leaders.
Open to seeking the support, coaching, and mentorship required to scale yourself and your company.
Willing to share your experiences, challenge assumptions, expand your perspectives, and raise the bar for yourself and others. You’re committed to lifelong learning and a spirit of service to others.
Expect to spend 4-5 hours during a typical month (it’s up to you how much you join!), followed by 2-3 hours/week if you choose to join a learning track which will be a sprint over a few weeks and therefore more intense. The fellowship is designed for you to opt-in to what suits your goals and time. We recognize that everyone in the community is a time-scarce and we aim to accommodate as best as we can while respecting our fellows’ time. 95% of our sessions are recorded for your to access async, unless the guest speaker specifies otherwise.
Our goal is to make our fellowships accessible, especially in these uncertain times, no matter your financial situation. If you are made an offer to join one of our fellowships, you can request to apply for a scholarship.
Also, all fellows have the option to pay in four monthly instalments. And, of course, we'll work with you to get this expensed via your company.
Yes - our fellowships are run entirely remotely which enables participation from all corners of the world. We've mastered the playbook for building engaging remote communities through multiple Coho fellowships and will continue applying the same approach. In 2023, we’ll be hosting offline events like dinners, small gatherings, and retreats in major cities, but the core fellowship will remain a remote-first experience.
